Aspergillus fumigatus GeneDB

The Aspergillus fumigatus database currently contains the preliminary analysis data for the Sanger Institute sequencing project that has been funded by the Wellcome Trust.

The data, from BAC sequences, are preliminary and are continuously being updated as sequencing and annotation progress. Both the gene models and the information associated with them should be regarded as preliminary. Please also note that the systematic genes names are provisional and are thus likely to change in future.

In the longer term information from the whole genome shotgun being carried out as a collaboration between TIGR and Sanger is expected to be included.
