Tick-borne Pathogen Genome Resources CD
This CD provides a single portable resource containing several completed and published genomes of important tick-borne bacterial and protozoan pathogens using the GeneDB platform. This CD also provides stand-alone software (Artemis and Artemis Comparison Tool-ACT) for viewing, manipulating and comparing genome sequences.

This CD project was funded by ICTTD. Further information on how to order copies can be obtained from Hans Nieuwenhuijs via email (INFO@ICTTD.NL). A downloadable version of the CD is available.
